So your sockool sockfriend is there and you are not 100% satisfied with it? Hard to believe, but in the rare case this happened, I’ll do my best to keep you happy! Please do get in touch immediately at email@example.com.
Please note that all sockool products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and I feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect.
If you do not wish to keep your order, you can return it within 14 calendar days ( Personalized & Customized gifts are excluded) and I’ll refund you directly, provided that the sockool is returned safe, in the packaging it was received and the receipt is included.
Keep in mind that I will refund you the amount of the sockcreature you return but not the cost of original shipping, while the cost of re-shipment of the item is covered by you.
If the sockcreature does not match your order, you can exchange it and I’ll make sure you receive the correct one.
For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.
When sending an item back to me, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to me.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact me straight away. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email me, or send it back to me so I can see what went wrong.
Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from sockool website.
