I do not sell or share your information with anyone. I only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information so I can provide my services. I will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in my power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on my part, I cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

ONLINE ORDERS
All orders are processed in EUR. Any orders placed using an account of another currency will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees/commissions which are in accordance with the policies outlined by your bank. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.

PRODUCT QUALITY
I do my best to ensure best possible quality in all available products and I try to use the finest materials. However, buyers should keep in mind that every item containing small parts may be dangerous for children (choking hazard). Therefore, it is advised to use the products only under adult supervision. I cannot be held responsible for any improper use of the available in this website products.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
I will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please note that all products are handmade so sometimes they can vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and I feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect. Although I aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. In any case, my goal is to please my customers and to resolve any occurring problem in goodwill.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you would like to customise one of the available products, so that it fits best your needs and taste, just email me at info@sockool.com. Custom orders are charged a bit extra, depending on the request. I will let you know the costs, as soon as you tell me what you want. I reserve the right to deny a custom order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at my sole discretion. I require 50% payment upfront on custom orders. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and there are no returns on custom orders. But I will work with you until you are happy!

FORCE MAJEURE
If due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, earthquakes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, I will notify you by e-mail, in order to let you know the extension of delivery deadline.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
I reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. I may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. I will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Some items available for retail are not available for wholesale and vice-versa.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting me immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, I ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. I cannot be responsible for any items sent back to me that do not arrive.

REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under the Greek law 2251/1994 (as applicable) :
You can return a product and I will refund you, if you notify me about your decision within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product:
a) by e-mail to the address: info@sockool.com ;
b) by phone: +30.6937.309254 .
By exercising the right of withdrawal you are obliged to return the product in perfect condition, in which it was delivered to you, or to provide me with evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of this right. Within the same time I am obliged to refund any amount you paid me. You have to pay the shipping costs of returning the product. The amount of refund does not include the original shipping costs incurred.
Please keep in mind that this is valid only for online sales and that the right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the product is paid and received simultaneously, in a way that the sale is not considered a distance sale.

APPLICABLE LAW
All transactions made through “https://www.sockool.com” are governed by international and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, [=Greek Law PD 131/2003]), as well as by Greek law, notably the law on consumer protection (: Law 2251/1994 as amended), which regulates matters concerning remote sales. Responsible for any discrepancies are the courts of Athens, however, the aggrieved party must first seek to attempt to reach an amicable settlement – amicable settlement of any dispute in the context of good faith and of morals.

RENEWAL OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I reserve the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertake the obligation to update the text in case of any change or addition to the terms.
