How

For orders within Greece, Sockool collaborates with ACS courrier so that sockmonsters are delivered promptly and safely as well as in the best prices. For orders abroad, I ship everywhere from Greece through Hellenic Post Office. There is the option of registered shipping during checkout, with an extra cost of 2.50 euros. I encourage you to chose the registered option, cause you will be able to trace your package and check item’s delivery status with the tracking number. I always message you with info about shipping and tracking number.

When

Sockcreatures are shipped in 1-5 business days after payment (excluding strikes,public holidays and other special occasions). In the case, I need more time to create your sock-creature, I will inform you via email directly after your order. Please keep in mind that for custom orders I will need some more time.

It normally takes about 1-3 days within Greece, 3-5 days for EU residents and 8-15 working days for non EU customers to receive the order. Please take into consideration that the delivery time can vary a lot from the above during and near the holiday season due to overload, so please be more patient or order in advance.

Free Shipping for all orders over 80 euro!

4.00 euro for shipping one sockcreature.

For difficult to reach areas I ship through hellenic post office and the cost is 4.50.

I offer free shipping for every extra sockcreature on the same order.

These are the prices for normal shipping. Registered shipping, where you can track your parcel has an extra charge of 2.50 euros.
I am not responsible for customs or taxes some countries may have.

Where

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly, as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to me. Items returned to me due to an incorrect address will require repayment of the shipping costs in order to have them re-sent.

If you’re buying a gift for someone, everything comes gift wrapped so this is sorted out already! Please keep in mind that I can also ship the sockcreature directly to your gift recipient & add a little note.
