Every Sockool is carefully prepared in my studio in Greece before setting off on its journey to its new home.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped from Greece via BOX NOW or Hellenic Post (ELTA).
During checkout, you can choose between Standard and Registered Shipping.
I highly recommend choosing Registered Shipping, as it includes a tracking number so you can follow your little creature on its journey home.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and, where applicable, your tracking number.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
If you’ve ordered a custom-made Sockool, a little extra time may be needed. I’ll let you know the estimated shipping date by email.
Estimated delivery times
Within Greece: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–5 business days
Rest of the World: 8–15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary, especially during holiday seasons or due to postal service delays.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Address
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
Sending a Gift?
Of course!
Every Sockool is beautifully gift wrapped at no extra cost.
If you’d like me to send your Sockool directly to someone special, simply enter their shipping address during checkout and write your personal message in the Order Notes.
I’ll make sure your little creature arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to make someone smile.
One last thing…
As soon as your Sockool begins its journey, you’ll receive an email saying:
“Your little creature is on its way home!”
Because every Sockool is more than just a parcel—it’s a little creature setting off to find the place where it belongs.
