Every Sockool is carefully handmade and prepared with love before setting off to its new home. If, for any reason, something isn’t quite right, I’ll always do my best to find the best solution together.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been shipped or, in the case of custom-made creations, production has not yet begun.
If your order has already been dispatched, the Returns Policy below will apply.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unless the return is due to my mistake or a faulty product, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or there is a problem caused by an error on my part, please contact me as soon as possible.
I’ll make sure we find the best solution, whether that’s sending the correct Sockool or replacing the item at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
Because they are made especially for you, personalised and custom-made Sockools cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by applicable law or in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect.
Handmade Uniqueness
Every Sockool is individually handmade and one of a kind.
Small variations in shape, stitching, facial expression, colours or other details are a natural part of the handmade process and make each little creature unique. These differences are not considered defects.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you can, send me a few photos of both the packaging and the Sockool so I can assess what happened and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For your peace of mind, I recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return transit.
