PRODUCT INFORMATION
Every Sockool is handmade.
Because each little creature is individually crafted, slight variations in appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and make every Sockool unique. These variations are not considered defects.
Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur and may be corrected without prior notice.
PRODUCT CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
Sockools are handmade plush creatures created from carefully selected materials.
Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.
If a Sockool includes small parts, such as button eyes, it should be chosen appropriately for its intended recipient. For younger children, the embroidered-eye option is recommended, as it does not contain small parts.
Sockool cannot accept responsibility for improper use of its products.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcome whenever possible.
If you would like a personalised Sockool, please contact me at info@sockool.com to discuss your idea.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on all custom orders.
As custom-made pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless otherwise agreed.
FORCE MAJEURE
Occasionally, circumstances beyond my control—such as severe weather, strikes, natural disasters or other unexpected events—may affect production or delivery times.
If this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery date.
REFUSAL OF ORDERS
Sockool reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud or other exceptional circumstances.
If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
